What is my pet's size?

To find your pet's size, measure a collar you already have that fits well or use a flexible measuring tape to measure around your dog's neck. Place two fingers between the dog and your measuring tape to allow room for movement and fur. This will be the correct length collar. Sizing varies per designer, so pay special attention to the size in both width and length measurements listed in the description for each product. The product size measurements are listed in inches.

Do you charge tax?

Prices shown on our website don't include sales taxes or shipping charges. You'll only be charged sales tax if you are a resident of Minnesota. Sniffy McGee's is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Minnesota state addresses, and it is calculated and itemized at checkout. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Can I pay with a personal check or money order?

We don't accept personal checks or money orders. However, we use PayPal to process our transactions and you can set-up your PayPal account to directly debit from a valid checking account.

Do I get an order confirmation?

After placing an order you'll get a confirmation email. If you place an order and don't get Sniffy McGee's confirmation email, look in your "junk email" box to be sure your spam filter hasn't blocked us. If you still think you've missed our message, email custserv@sniffymcgees.com and include your order number, name, and address with your inquiry.

How is my order shipped?

Our goal is to process your order in 1 to 2 business days and ship via UPS or USPS. Once received by the shipper, we expect the order to reach you within 3 to 10 days. Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping right now. You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email that you can use to follow the progress of your order. Please note that all anticipated delivery times are approximate and that we can't ship to PO or APO addresses.

Shipping is added at checkout. Our rates are as follows:

Order amount $0.01 to $69.99 - $5.00 shipping charge

Order amount $70.00 to $99.99 - $10.00 shipping charge

Order amount $100.01 and up - FREE shipping

What if my package can't be delivered?
  • Please make sure that all shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package.
  • Have your order shipped to a safe delivery location and/or note in the comments section specials instructions for the delivery person.

If for any reason your order is undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, you'll be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a $20.00 re-stocking fee which will automatically be deducted from any amount credited to your account for the returned item. All orders that need to be re-shipped will need an additional re-shipping charge.

All orders are shipped from Sniffy McGee's without a signature requirement. Please take precautions so that your package is delivered to a safe location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship to another country or overseas?

We currently don't ship outside of the United States.

What is your exchange and return policy?

We know you'll love your purchase from Sniffy McGee's, but if there is a problem, we want to make it right. Contact us prior to ordering if you have questions about sizing or need other product information. Customer service can be contacted at custserv@sniffymcgees.com.

  • Items are only exchangeable for an alternative size or for store credit within 10 days of your receipt of the item.
  • The items must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment and the return shipment are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • We highly recommend using a shipping company with insurance and/or tracking information, as we are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • We allow one exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking fee of $20.00.
How do I initiate an exchange?

Please email customer service at custserv@sniffymcgees.com for a return authorization so we can determine product availability and shipping timeline. Be sure to let us know the reason for the exchange and the item for which you would like to exchange the merchandise. When contacting us about your order, please include your order number, name, and address in your message.

Can I change or cancel my order?

At Sniffy McGee's, our goal is to process your order in 1 to 2 business days and quickly get it to the shipper. If your order hasn't been packaged for shipping, you may cancel or revise your order within 5 hours of placing your order with us. To do so, please email your cancellation request or order change to customer service at custserv@sniffymcgees.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and address in your email message. To avoid the need to cancel or change an order, measure your dog carefully and contact us prior to ordering if you have questions about sizing or need other product information.

What is your policy on toys, treats, and sales items?

All toys, treats, and sale items are final sale and can't be exchanged or returned.
