By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and to follow the terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website. Sniffy McGee's reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms, at any time. Your continued use of this website after the posting of the changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

All materials on this website including the website design, structure, images, graphics, text, artwork, logos, user interfaces, photographs, video clips, sounds, music, computer code as well as the selection and expression, and overall "look and feel" of the website content, is owned or licensed to Sniffy McGee's and is protected by trade dress, copyright, trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, limited license to use the site and print the pages of this website for your personal non-commercial use only. Otherwise, no part of the website and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, on any website or other medium for publication or distribution for any commercial purposes, without Sniffy McGee's express prior written consent

Product Availability

If we take your order and consequently discover an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. Any back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Once we notify you of this delay, you have the option to cancel or change your order within twenty four (24) hours of our notification being sent to you. To do so, please email your cancellation request or order change to customer service at smg[at]sniffymcgees.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and address in your email message.

Pricing

The price for goods ordered through this website are posted on this website without tax or shipping/handling charges included. We reserve the right to change prices or specifications. We also reserve the right to correct errors in prices or descriptions at any time. We do not have any obligation to accept or fulfill any orders based on inaccurate prices or specifications, and we reserve the right to reject any such orders.

Taxes and Shipping Charges

Sales tax is required for shipping to Minnesota addresses. Any applicable taxes (and shipping charges) will be added to your order at checkout. We ship only to physical addresses and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. All delivery times provided on our website are approximate.

Undeliverable, Refused, and Unclaimed Orders

If an order is undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed due to the recipient's non-acceptance, negligence, or absence, or the use of a P.O. box address or incorrect shipping information, you will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a twenty dollar ($20) re-stocking fee which will automatically be deducted from any amount credited to your account for the returned item. To avoid this situation, please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping will require an additional shipping charge.

Signature Requirement

All orders are shipped from Sniffy McGee's without a signature requirement. Please have your order shipped to a safe delivery location and/or note in the comments section specials instructions for the delivery person. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Orders

If an order is lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipper or recipient, and Sniffy McGee's can confirm delivery was made to the correct address, Sniffy McGee's will not be responsible and will not issue a refund.

Order Cancellations and Changes

At Sniffy McGee's, our goal is to process your order in one to two business days and quickly get it to the shipper. If your order has not yet been packaged for shipping, you may cancel or revise your order within five (5) hours of placing your order with us. To do so, please email your cancellation request or order change to customer service at smg[at]sniffymcgees.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and address in your email message. To avoid the need to cancel or change an order, measure your dog carefully and contact us prior to ordering if you have questions about sizing or need other product information.

Returns

Please note all details and sizes listed in the description before making your purchase. If you have questions about sizing or a particular product, please contact customer service for more information before you place your order at smg[at]sniffymcgees.com.

Except as stated otherwise in the section above, please note that all items purchased on this website are non-refundable. The items offered on our website are only exchangeable for alternative sizes or for store credit within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item. The items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for the original shipment. Additional shipping charges apply to the new exchanged item.

To return the item for exchange, please email customer service at smg[at]sniffymcgees.com for a return authorization so we can determine product availability and shipping timeline. Be sure to let us know the reason for the exchange and the item for which you would like to exchange the merchandise. When contacting us about your order, please include your order number, name, and address in your message. For your protection, we suggest you send your exchanges via Federal Express, UPS or by USPS Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Until you receive a delivery confirmation that we have received the package, it is your property.

We allow one exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking fee of twenty ($20).

All toys, treats, and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
